Call for applications: SEED4EU+ 2026/27

Welcome. This form is your gateway to the SEED4EU+ funding programme, designed to support collaborative research projects across the eight universities of the 4EU+ Alliance. Please read the information below before you start.

Before you start, make sure you have

✓ Contact details for your project team at each participating university
✓ A project idea aligned with one of the four 4EU+ Flagships
✓ Familiarity with the objectives of the 4EU+ Strategy 2025-2035
✓ Letters of intent from all participating universities (PDFs)
✓ The completed budget form (Excel available on the call page)
✓ A short academic profile or CV (max 2 pages, PDF or Word)
✓ If applying under the Early Career line, the PhD defence dates for yourself (PI) and the Local Project Coordinators

Two possible Funding lines

SEED4EU+ Standard

PhD defended on or before
1 January 2017

SEED4EU+ Early Career

PhD defended between
1 January 2017 and 1 January 2025
